Privacy Policy

Last updated 13 June 2026

This policy explains what Glowdrobe collects, why, and the choices you have. We try to collect as little as possible.

Using Glowdrobe without an account

The quiz, palette result, shop and closet all work without signing in. Your chosen season is stored only in your browser (local storage) so it remembers your result on your device. We don't need your name or email to use these features.

Photos stay on your device

If you use the photo flow, your photo is processed entirely in your browser to read a few colours from the pixels you tap. The photo is never uploaded to us or anyone else, and we never store it.

If you create an account

Accounts use a passwordless email magic link. If you sign in we store your email address, your saved season, and the products and looks you save, so they can follow you across devices.

Activity to improve suggestions

When you are signed in, we record which products you view, tap and save so we can gently rank pieces you're more likely to like. This data is private to your account, and is only ever used to reorder items already in your palette. Signed-out browsing is not recorded on our servers.

Who processes data for us

We use Supabase (authentication and database) and Vercel (hosting). They process data on our behalf to run the service. In future, shopping links may go through affiliate partners; if you click out to a retailer, their own privacy policy applies.

Your choices

You can clear your local season any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing hello@glowdrobe.com. We'll action deletion requests promptly.
